CORE RECOVERY

this section can be used 6 weeks postpartum and beyond. if you are looking for exercises immiedately postpartum before you have been assessed, please go to our BREATH WORK section.
core recovery classes will be full of gentle recovery movement, core engagement and breathing exercises. once you are feeling stronger and have a good handle on the core recovery, please take CONNECTION, which is the beginning point of the SHAMANA METHOD.
